White Tiger Martial Arts Academy offers Taekwondo training and Taekwondo classes that include traditional ITF Taekwondo curriculum, practical forms applications, self defense, fitness, and safe sparring scenarios. The program also offers a variety of focused seminars so students can explore the parts of Taekwondo they enjoy most. The school is family-oriented and offers high-quality martial arts instruction in a positive, supportive environment, with students advancing through the ranks at their own pace and testing held every four months.

White Tiger Martial Arts Academy was established in 2018 and has been providing elite Taekwondo training to the East Windsor community, Monroe, and surrounding areas since 2018. The program focuses on five concrete principles: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. All memberships are month-to-month with no contracts, and there are no additional fees for rank testing, belt, or rank promotion. The all-inclusive program offers 2 weeks of free Taekwondo classes with no obligation as a trial. The instructor team members all started their training with Owner and Chief Instructor Joseph Abate between the ages of 4–8 years old. Joseph Abate began his martial arts journey in 1996 as a kid, started assisting classes by 2000, and began teaching in 2006. The school hosts multiple monthly events that bring students and families together, strengthen the community, and deepen the sense of belonging.
