TEKi Enrichments offers technology-focused activities that include learning to code, making movies, modding Minecraft, building robots, and working with LEGO Robotics. The program also includes Minecraft Gaming/eSports, Fortnite, Computer Animation, Digital Arts, and MakerSpace projects. TEKi Enrichments provides Technology Education and Entertainment through summer camps and enrichment programs, after school enrichments, vacation programs, and birthday parties with popular party day themes.
TEKi was established in 2014 and offers more than 20 enrichment options. The organization describes its programs as award winning educational technology programs and notes that it has over 24 team members. All of the educators have achieved an advanced degree in the STEAM field, and the team has over 20 years of experience. The leadership team is led by Howard Weinrib, who is the CEO and President, the founder, and an educational technology specialist with over twenty years of service in public education. The mission and philosophy of TEKi Enrichments focus on preparing a community of innovative learners, incorporating community and stakeholders for collaboration and community involvement, building self-confidence and leadership qualities, integrating 21st century technology into learning, and building a community that is ready to embrace the evolving world of modern technology. TEKi Summer Camps state a mission to provide fun, confidence-boosting experiences that allow children to explore, learn, and collaborate using multimedia technologies, and to build children's confidence by showing them how to create something personal and special by acquiring challenging and new executive skills that can be used in their everyday life.
