Sussex County YMCA Youth Programs and Camps include childcare, summer camps, youth sports, youth programs, and swim lessons, along with activities such as recreational leagues and Kids Night Out Swim. Children can take part in programs that use the indoor pool, learn about water safety, and participate in special events like School's Out Vacation Camp, Preschool Science: World of Wonders, Tween Wellness Night, and Healthy Kids Day. The program also offers Kids Night Out with pizza provided for participants who are fully toilet trained.

• Schedule: Facility hours run Monday–Thursday 5:00 a.m.–9:30 p.m., Friday 5:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with Child Watch offered daily in the mornings and evenings and additional youth events and camps scheduled on specific dates throughout the year
The Sussex County YMCA Youth Programs and Camps are part of an organization whose mission is to strengthen community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Y For All – Financial Assistance Program is available to make child care and summer camp more affordable for families. The Sussex County YMCA also runs a 12-week Wellness Coaching program, offers an indoor pool and child watch, and provides programs such as free middle school memberships, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, veterans programs, and Safety Around Water, supported in part by community fundraising events like the Annual Campaign Bingo Night FUNdraiser and the On Course for a Cause Charity Golf Outing. Certified trainers are available during the InBody body composition analysis open house, and American Red Cross Lifeguarding and Water Safety Instructor Recertification courses are offered, including training for waterfront lifeguarding.
