Red Bulls Youth Programs offers a range of soccer activities, including Summer Camps, Regional Development Schools (RDS), RDS Clinics, RDS Futsal Clinics, RDS Invitational, RDS Residential Camps, RDS Showcase Teams, RDS Tactical Camps, RDS Talent Centers, and RDS Technical Camps. The program also includes Player Evaluation, Keeper Challenge, an Urban Soccer Program, Club Development Programs, Red Gen Cup, Youth Soccer Summit, and a Camp Skills Challenge.

Red Bulls Youth Programs follows a mission rooted in the Red Print philosophy, with every program focusing on technical growth, confidence, and love for the game, and players developing within one connected system. Red Bulls Summer Camps bring the club’s high-energy, player-centered training philosophy to premium locations across the region and are described as fast, technical, competitive, and relentlessly focused on development. RDS operates as a year-round supplementary training program for players aged 7–14, giving players exposure to professional coaching standards, a consistent methodology, and advanced training environments. Red Bulls Academy is described as a nationally recognized, fully funded program for U10 to U18 boys, dedicated to developing homegrown professional players for the New York Red Bulls. Community involvement includes multi-year and strategic partnerships with Mountainside FC, Valley Stream Soccer Club, Brooklyn Italians SC, and Hub Soccer of Denville.
