Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics classes, competitive gymnastics programs, preschool classes, gymnastics classes, tumbling classes, and ninja classes. The program also hosts birthday parties and summer camps, and includes Ninja Warrior fitness obstacles as part of its activities.

Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics states that its mission is to provide a unique atmosphere to enhance movement development through fitness and gymnastics for toddlers, children, teens, and families for a promotion of lifelong wellness. The program describes itself as North Jersey's premier facility for recreational and competitive gymnastics programs for girls and boys 18 months to 18 years, with two training centers. Its programs follow USAG guidelines and are professionally developed for success, and its fitness agenda follows the nation’s five fitness components: Cardio Respiratory Endurance, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Flexibility, and Body Composition. The environment focuses on core strength, flexibility, agility, endurance, body awareness, coordination, and balance, and the program hosts an annual State Team Competition called the Shine Bright Like A Gymnast Invitational for the GAP league.
Training Center #1 opened on August 1, 2010, and Training Center #2 opened on July 1, 2019. Aeon’s 7th Annual State Team Competition was described as an amazing Shine Bright Like A Gymnast Invitational for the GAP league, with 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Place All-Around finishes for Level 1, 2, and 3. Level 10 gymnast Thijs became the National High Bar Champion, and Level 2 gymnast Reagan earned a 9.9 on Bars at the NJ State Championships. Sponsors for the USAG Women’s Team 2024–2025 include Ridge Diner, Altius Physical Therapy, Moving with Monica, Nino's Pizza, Pure Barre - Park Ridge, Dr. IIya Lipkin Orthodontics, K2 Physical Therapy, Park Ave Supply, and Ross Electric.
One parent, Tara L., said, “Aeon days are our family’s favorite days of the week! Every coach is personable and patient as well as a great educator! Both of my girls (3 & 2) love coming here. I so grateful to add some structured activity to their life in a clean & fun environment!” Another caregiver, Ana D., said, “As a Nanny of over 30 years I have taken a lot of children here and it’s still as awesome as ever! Very clean, fun and the staff is amazing!”
