Art Beins Karate offers martial arts, traditional karate training, self-defense training, and fitness kickboxing through programs such as Little Rangers, Kids Karate, Adult Martial Arts, and Kickboxing. The program also hosts birthday parties where the birthday child can be a Black Belt for the day. Students follow a structured belt system to set and achieve goals, and there is a free class offer to try a class at no cost.

The Little Rangers program is for children ages 3 to 5, and the Kids Karate program is for children ages 6 to 12. Kickboxing classes at Art Beins Karate can help burn up to 1,000 calories per session. The program provides a welcoming space for students of all ages to learn martial arts and kickboxing in a supportive and engaging environment, with specialized programs for kids and adults.
