Bergen-Lafayette Montessori School

Bergen-Lafayette Montessori School offers a diverse, bilingual Montessori educational environment that promotes independence and freedom while setting structure for children. Families from throughout the city have access to authentic Montessori education for children between 3 months old and elementary through this program. The program follows a mission that focuses on a student population that represents and celebrates the ethnic, socio-economic, racial, and ability diversity of Jersey City.

The mission of Bergen-Lafayette Montessori School is to provide access to a high-quality Montessori early childhood education for a student population that represents and celebrates the ethnic, socio-economic, racial, and ability diversity of Jersey City. To support economic diversity, Bergen-Lafayette Montessori School provides All-Access Scholarships so that low- to moderate-income children may access authentic Montessori education.
