Little Foot: Family Wellness Center

Little Foot: Family Wellness Center offers Family Yoga for ages 3 and up on a weekly schedule. It also offers Kids Yoga Program activities with age-appropriate yoga poses, movement, breathing techniques, games, music, art, and storytelling, along with therapeutic counseling, educational workshops, art and music therapy, social skills groups, and parent and family support programs.
