Next Step Broadway JC

Next Step Broadway JC focuses on dance and includes participation in numerous regional competitions throughout New Jersey. Company members also perform locally at events such as the Zombie Opera and The All About Downtown Street Fair. The NSB Company, formerly known as the Triple Threats, consists of students who have shown commitment and dedication to the art of dance and wish to further their abilities in numerous dance styles.

• Ages: 7–18 years old
• Schedule: Class and company activities are offered on weekdays and Saturdays during afternoon and early evening hours

Company members gain confidence, teamwork skills, and performance experience while competing throughout the year and at various events in and around the Jersey City community. The Company is described as an award winning Company that has received accolades such as Best Emotional Execution, Choreography Awards, and numerous 1st overall placements. The Company is featured in an annual Winter Showcase and an end of year recital in May. New Company members are welcomed through a yearly audition on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, and selection is based on dancers’ overall readiness for competition and a team structure. It is strongly suggested that dancers complete one year of Jazz/Lyrical, Ballet, and one additional class of their choice before joining the Company. The leadership and instructional team includes Morgan Revier, Evan Lapp, Mikayla Mckenzie, Tylan Glover, Naomi Gayner, Tearzah Harrel, Jessie del Rio, Alyssa Dinka, Lu Zielinski, Elleigh McLelland, Louisa Armstrong-Harrison, Nadia Karim, Emma Morris, Mary Jo Lasky, Nicole Mandy, Blythe Thompson, and Sydney May.
