The Strand Theater Camps for Children and Teens offer theater camps for children and teens. The program takes place at THE STRAND, which also presents the intimate BACKSTAGE PASS series.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Box Office hours on Fridays between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and 2 hours before every show
THE STRAND has brought cultural arts to the Jersey Shore since its inception in 1922. It is known as OCEAN COUNTY’S HISTORIC THEATER and has been voted the Best Live Music/Concert Venue. THE STRAND is known as one of the best acoustical theaters in the nation, with exemplary sight lines and no obstructing pillars or uprights. The venue and its programs are made possible by funds from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
