About
Joyful Noise Preschool & Daycare offers enrichment programs that include STEAM, computers, music, art, literature, and science. Children take part in music and movement classes, music classes taught by trained, professional music staff, Bible story and bible study, weekly Bible Story led by a trained Storyteller, and vacation bible school. The program also includes Pre-K computers and Pre-K computer instruction, daily inside or outside play on the playground or in the “big room,” summer programs, field trips, special visitors such as authors, dentists, and fire fighters, special events including Christmas and Spring music celebrations, “Read Across America,” and a petting zoo, as well as parent workshops.

• Schedule: Open year-round, 7:30AM–5:30PM with full-time and part-time daycare enrollment, plus before care and after care
Joyful Noise Preschool & Daycare is backed by over 50 years of experience and was founded in 1968. Its core mission is to provide children within the community a high quality, developmentally appropriate, educational program rooted in the fundamentals of Christian Faith. The program is an educational outreach of the Presbyterian Church of Morris Plains, New Jersey, and is a partner school with the Preschool Advantage Scholarship Program.
Joyful Noise is licensed by the state of New Jersey and is NAEYC Accredited (National Association for the Education of Young Children), and it received the 2017 Golden Acorn Award. Certified teachers are in every classroom, teachers and caregivers are trained in first aid, CPR, AED, and emergency drills, and staff members regularly take part in safety training and certification classes. The program maintains a low teacher-to-child ratio, follows strict health and disinfection guidelines so each classroom is clean and sanitized, and has strict safety policies with procedures for weather or emergency scenarios.
Music classes are taught by trained, professional music staff, and Weekly Bible Story is led by a trained Storyteller. The program offers flexible before and after child care, full day, before and after care offerings, and daily communication with parents with active involvement to foster trust, friendship, and community. Families are invited to participate in active parent involvement and parent workshops.
