Morristown Beard Summer Day Camp

Morristown Beard Summer Day Camp offers daily structured periods that include sports, arts and crafts, drama, swimming, and science. On special events days, the camp follows a more flexible schedule while still drawing from these activity areas.

Morristown Beard Summer Day Camp is described as a traditional camp for ages 4–13, with campers ages 6 through 14 grouped according to age and gender. Campers ages 4 and 5 are co-ed and grouped by age, and all campers are grouped based on their age as of the end of June. The program also includes a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program and a Guppies half-day option. The camp’s mission states that it is designed to help children develop skills in sports, arts and crafts, drama, swimming, and science, and that counselors work to promote good sportsmanship and self-confidence. The school hosting the camp is accredited by the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools and is approved by the New Jersey State Department of Education.
