The Growing Stage – The Children’s Theatre of New Jersey

The Growing Stage – The Children’s Theatre of New Jersey offers the Creative Arts Academy and Summer Arts Camp 2026. Creative Arts Academy has 10-week fall and winter sessions and a 6-week spring session, and classes and camp are open to students with prior experience as well as curious newcomers. Summer Arts Camp 2026 is a week-long theatre experience with sessions in July and August, and registration includes Daily Classes, a Camp T-Shirt, a Camp Activity Guide & Journal, and a Video Link of Camp Performance.

The Growing Stage has a 43-year history of giving children quality arts education with attention to detail and dedication to its craft. It is a proud member of The New Jersey Theatre Alliance, and its touring and resident companies perform for schools throughout New Jersey. The organization is also on the New Jersey State Council on the Arts approved roster of Artist Residency Companies.

• Summer Arts Camp 2026 — Open to anyone starting Kindergarten in Fall 2026 through anyone completing 8th Grade in June 2026 · Week-long summer camp; sessions shown for July 6-10, July 13-17, July 20-24, July 27-31, and Aug. 3-7 · $350 per week · Campers are placed in groups based on the grade they will be completing in June 2026.

Camp slots are full at the time stated on the page. Refund policy for camp: full refund if requested before June 1st; after June 1st, camp registration is non-refundable. Processing fees are non-refundable. Seating is general admission except for season ticket holders and groups of 10 or more. Sales are final and no refunds will be given unless the performance is cancelled.
