North Arlington School Age Child Care (SACC) offers Before the Bell, After School, and Summer Camp programs. The program provides a variety of fun activities while offering supervised care by qualified professionals. Programs operate during the regular school year and throughout the summer.
• Ages: 5–11 years old
Established in 1987, North Arlington School Age Child Care (SACC) was created to meet the need for quality, safe and affordable childcare. The SACC program is licensed by the state of New Jersey. The SACC program is sponsored by The North Arlington Education Foundation.
All staff members on site are certified in CPR and First Aid. The team consists of state certified teachers, adult aides and college students majoring in childhood education.
Parent feedback about the program includes comments about great teachers and staff, great activities for the kids, and supervision, as shared by Debbie R. Another parent, Maria, notes that her daughter really enjoyed being in the early care program for five and a half years. Gloria E. describes great activities that keep the mind and body stimulated and mentions a chocolate ice cream cone painting her son created.
