Hopewell Valley YMCA Youth Programs

Hopewell Valley YMCA Youth Programs include high-quality Summer Day Camp programming where campers take part in teamwork, develop their sports skill sets, and participate in STEM activities. Campers in these programs also focus on the YMCA’s fundamental skills of RESPECT, HONESTY, CARING, and RESPONSIBILITY. The HOPEWELL VALLEY YMCA describes itself as a “Y without walls,” operating in many different locations throughout the area to serve the Hopewell Valley community.

The organization states that it stands committed to creating a community that is inclusive for all through its four pillars of CARING, HONESTY, RESPECT, and RESPONSIBILITY, and that it stands against racism, bias, inequalities, and the silence that keeps them in place. The YMCA offers financial assistance to those in need. Through the Hopewell Valley Mobile Food Pantry, the organization provides groceries and fresh produce to neighbors experiencing food insecurity, using an entirely volunteer-run program that relies on community support to collect, sort, and package weekly distributions.
