Scarlet Knights Gymnastics Academy offers gymnastics classes for boys and girls, including an Xcel Team, camps, clinics, and skill clinics. Classes are organized by age and ability, and a trial or evaluation is available to find the best class fit. The program’s fun and educational approach focuses on proper technique so students build strength, flexibility, and skills on all apparatuses.
• Schedule: Variety of classes for boys and girls on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings; Winter Session (Jan 6–Mar 3) is underway
• Price: Registration is ongoing, with prorated tuition available.
The program takes place in an 11,850 square foot, climate controlled practice facility with state-of-the-art training equipment, including two large foam pits, multiple sets of each apparatus with regular, soft resi, and pit landings, a trampoline, a full size floor, a rod floor, and a tumble track. All staff members are Safety Certified, are Recreational or Competitive Coach Members of USA Gymnastics, are background checked by NCSI, and have received courses and education in safety, technique, and coaching. The staff is described as qualified to give each gymnast both a positive and memorable experience.
