About the provider
Lokai Rose is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and a nonprofit exotic animal rescue. Its mission is to provide immersive wildlife and nature experiences that inspire respect for the natural world, teach public responsibility to protect the planet for future generations, and strengthen the connection between humans and their environment. The leadership team includes Tina Lokai, Sam Barrere, Amanda MacDermid, Anna Lokai, and Vickie Lokai. The program has run summer camps for 12 years, outdoor summer camps for the past 7+ years, and The Wilderness Club has been successful in Ringwood State Park since 2014.
Payment policy: Lokai Rose no longer accepts separate deposit and balance payments for summer camp and uses a pay-in-full model. Each full payment includes a $50 nonrefundable deposit. For Love Your Planet, the balance is never refundable. For all camps except Love Your Planet, the balance is eligible for a refund if registration is cancelled on or before April 30, 2026; after that date, the full payment becomes nonrefundable. Sibling discount: 10% off the registration fee for each additional sibling attending camp.
