Lokai Rose Summer Camps offers themed summer camps that include outdoor exploration, respectful wildlife interaction, and wildlife and environmental education. Camp options include A Bug's Eye View, Art In The Wild, Wild At Heart, Things With Wings, Creek Critters, Scientist Academy, and Water Warriors, along with a Hike & Sunset Cruise and an Adventure Aquarium trip. The organization also runs family activities, special events, scout programs, public events, and school programs, and operates an exotic pet rescue with an adoption program for rescued animals such as snakes, lizards, tarantulas, frogs, and more.

• Ages: 7–18 years old
• Schedule: Weeklong and 3-day sessions in summer 2026, with most camps running between 9am–3pm or 10am–3pm, plus single-day special trips and events
• Price: $150–$250 per child per camp session

Lokai Rose is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit exotic animal rescue that focuses on abandoned, surrendered, or medically distressed animals and is dedicated to wildlife and environmental education. Lokai Rose has run outdoor summer camps for more than seven years, and its summer camp organization, The Wilderness Club, has been operating since 2014. The mission of Lokai Rose is to provide immersive wildlife and nature experiences that inspire respect for the natural world, teach individual and collective responsibility to protect the planet for future generations, strengthen the connection between humans and their environment, encourage outdoor exploration and community engagement, and promote exotic pet rescue. Lokai Rose encourages community engagement and aims to develop strong relationships with individuals and organizations that share a passion for the planet and its wildlife.

The leadership team includes Executive Director Tina Lokai, who is the founder and co-owner of The Wilderness Club and graduated from Delaware Valley University in 2018 with a major in conservation and wildlife management. The team also includes Marketing Director Sam Barrere, who has a double major in marketing and communication studies from The College of New Jersey; Director of Education Amanda MacDermid, who graduated from William Paterson University with a degree in education and a specialization in earth science and has taught kindergarten and 2nd grade at Robert Erskine Elementary School in Ringwood, New Jersey; Philanthropy Manager Anna Lokai, who has worked in the bridal industry for 17 years; and Events Coordinator Vickie Lokai, who is the co-owner of Meraki House of Beauty.
