YMCA Camp Linwood MacDonald operates year round for youth, adults, and families and welcomes thousands of children, teens, and adults of diverse interests, abilities, and backgrounds each year. The camp is set up with modern lodges, a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities, and amenities that include camp, lake, and lodges, and it offers what it describes as a seemingly endless menu of activities for participants. Camp Linwood in Sussex County offers hundreds of children and families the chance to experience the thrill and beauty of the natural world each year.

Since 1881, the Newark YMCA has served the needs of its communities.
