Blawenburg Village School

Blawenburg Village School offers Sprouts for 2-3 year olds, Buds for 3-4 year olds, Blossoms for 4-5 year olds, and Kindergarten for 5-6 year olds. It also offers Outdoor Play, Art Lessons, Bible Lesson every Friday, and extra curricular classes that include soccer, dance, cooking, and more.

Programs

• Sprouts — 2-3 Year Olds · Gentle and nurturing introduction to school life. Focus on separating from parents and discovering the classroom with teachers and new friends. Low student-teacher ratio for individualized attention.
• Buds — 3-4 Year Olds · Full range of preschool activities in a warm, caring and supportive classroom community. Focus on socialization and self-help skills.
• Blossoms — 4-5 Year Olds · Pre-kindergarten class for students who will be 4 by September 30th. Focus on building knowledge of the world, mastering important skills, emergent literacy, and challenging thinking skills.
• Kindergarten — 5-6 Year Olds
• Outdoor Play — Available depending on family’s schedule.
• Art Lessons — Art lessons offered for families.
• Bible Lesson — Every Friday · Bible class taught with song and Montessori style lesson. Supports spiritual growth in addition to academic and physical growth.
• Extra Curricular — Additional classes offered after regular programming. Options include soccer, dance, cooking, and more.

About the provider

Blawenburg Village School opened in April 1999 and today welcomes almost 90 students. It is rooted in the Christian faith and practice of the Blawenburg Reformed Church and is open to all faiths. The preschool seeks to nurture the social, developmental, emotional, and spiritual lives of children.
