Franklin Township Baseball & Softball League offers youth baseball and youth softball. The program uses multiple dedicated fields for different levels of play, including Tee-Ball, Softball/CoachPitch, Minors, Majors, and Seniors, along with batting cages and support facilities.

Since 1953, the Franklin Township Baseball League (FTBL) has been a self-funding youth organization that provides organized youth sports programs for well over 500 children each year. The Franklin Township Baseball League (New Jersey) is run entirely by volunteers to promote, develop, and supervise youth baseball and softball. It is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that has served the growing and diverse community of Somerset, New Jersey, since 1953, providing organized youth baseball and softball programs for over 500 children yearly, ranging in ages from 4 through 18. A minimum of 10 hours of volunteer work is needed in order for the $110 work bond to be refunded at the end of the Spring season.
