Leadbetter Elite Summer Camp focuses on golf, including full swing instruction and short game instruction. The camp is described as an all inclusive camp experience with a week-long session format. The Leadbetter Camp experience has been designed with student performance and improvement at the forefront.

The camp takes place within the Leadbetter Golf Academy structure, which is described as the pioneer and global leader in junior golf development. Instruction is led by a Leadbetter Certified Instructor and a PGA Professional who is a Player Development award winner, with a 6:1 student to coach ratio at Leadbetter Elite Summer Camp. The broader Leadbetter Golf Schools model includes three hours per day of personalized full swing and/or short game instruction with a 4:1 student to instructor ratio, and uses V1 Video Analysis plus a detailed video summary highlighting key points covered. The leadership team includes David Leadbetter, Tom Reynolds (Leadbetter Golf Academy’s Crystal Springs Director of Instruction, who has been teaching for over twenty years), Mary Beth Kohberger (Leadbetter’s Director of Juniors), and Sean Hogan (Leadbetter Master Certified Instructor). Crystal Springs Resort is recognized as the Northeast’s largest four-season golf, spa and culinary resort. The program’s mission is to develop healthy, active, and motivated children, and teach them the skills to become future champions in golf and life.
