Camp Amazing offers a variety of activities including sports and games, water fun, cooking, arts and crafts, puppetry, science, and painting. The program also includes a chapel program where children sing songs and play Bible games. Children ages 6 and up experience a campus setting in which they switch activities several times a day.
• Ages: 1–10 years old
• Schedule: Beginning June 24 and running through August 25
Camp Amazing provides a unique summer camp experience filled with creativity, friends, and fun. The programs are designed for children ages 1 year (walking) through 10 years of age. Thursdays are trip days at Camp Amazing, and several weeks during the summer children spend a day off-campus at different places. Special guests are also invited on-campus to present engaging and interactive programs for the children.
Camp Amazing provides a chapel program where children sing songs, play Bible games, and learn about the love of God as revealed through the Bible, using a Vacation Bible School curriculum designed to engage children of all ages. Their trained coaching staff provide students with the opportunity to participate in several different sports while being immersed in a Christ-focused setting. The affiliated church, Living Hope Worship Center, sponsors a sports camp for pre-teens ages 8–14. Camp Amazing states that its camp experience promotes the development of self-esteem, independence, and responsibility for all campers.
