Community First Soccer offers competitive teams, development teams, recreation soccer, kids soccer, and pickup soccer, along with team tryouts. The program also includes summer and holiday camps, group training, technical training, goalkeeper training, and winter futsal.

• Schedule: Annual season from Fall 2026 to Spring 2027 with training and competition during the fall, winter, and spring, including three 90-minute practices each week

Community First Soccer lists professional youth soccer education, an ordered training curriculum with detailed training guides and weekly homework assignments, and seasonal player evaluations and player feedback. The program includes a structured classroom setting based on becoming an excellent student, holding high standards, and growing a passion for soccer. It offers special needs classes for 4–8 year olds, a JUNIORS GROUP for players ages 7–10, and a SENIORS GROUP for players ages 10–13. Pickup soccer is free and open to all players, and players can play across multiple teams for additional training and playing opportunities.

The mission statement for Community First Soccer states that it is a place where players can learn the fundamentals of soccer at a high standard while developing technical, physical, social, and psychological skills with professional coaches who care. The mission also states that the program guides players through their personal journey of becoming life-long learners and dedicated students of the game, with guiding principles of growth and respect and a focus on habits, routines, and mindset with discipline, consistency, passion, and care.

Coaches are required to have or be actively pursuing at least a USSF “D” Coaching License and have experience developing young soccer players, with experienced licensed coaching staff at all practices and games. The leadership team includes Roger Teixeira as Director of Coaching and Sharif Elzein as Director of Operations. Club history references a club apparel album timeframe from Fall 2021 to Spring 2023 and a copyright of 2026.

Community involvement includes club events and player experiences with NY Red Bulls and Gotham FC. Families are able to support Community First Soccer by making a donation or becoming a club sponsor to help pay expenses for community projects.
