JR Knights Football & Cheer offers Junior Knights Tackle Football, Cheerleading, Flag Football K-2, and Girls Flag Football. The Junior Knights Tackle Football program is a full-pad tackle program that competes against towns in Morris County Youth Football and includes Clinic, Peewee, and Varsity divisions.

JR Knights Football & Cheer says its program is dedicated to developing young athletes into strong, confident, and disciplined individuals both on and off the field. JR Knights coaches are Rutgers certified, background checked, and CPR/AED certified. The program provides all major equipment, and parents need to provide mouthpieces, a hard cup, cleats, and a water bottle. All Jr. Knight’s players must sign the concussion waiver before the start of a sports season.
All Jr. Knight’s players must sign the concussion waiver prior to the start of a sports season. If a concussion is possible, remove the child from play, keep them out the day of injury, and return only with permission from a health care provider experienced in evaluating concussion.
