Go for the Gold Gymnastics Academy offers gymnastics, parkour, and cheerleading activities. The program also includes a Saturday Open Gym session where participants can use the gym with a coach present during the activity. During Open Gym, the coach is in the gym to ensure safety and give advice on various skills, but is not available to spot or give in-depth coaching.

• Schedule: Winter Session ends on April 18; Spring Session runs for 10 weeks from April 20 to June 27, with Saturday Open Gym on April 4 from 3:00–4:30 PM

The gym uses equipment described as the safest in the industry, and this equipment is kept up to date and inspected for safety on a regular basis. Business hours are Monday–Tuesday 10:00am–5:30pm, Wednesday 2:00pm–5:30pm, Thursday–Friday 10:00am–5:30pm, and Saturday 8:30am–11:00am, with Sunday closed.
Preschool, beginner, boys, intermediate, and super advanced gymnasts are automatically entered into the gym show. The cost of the gym show, two spectator tickets, and a leotard or t-shirt are included in Spring registration. Each participant must have a waiver signed by a parent, and families who have not been in classes must sign an electronic waiver. Families are asked not to forget to fill out the leotard or t-shirt size by April 30.
