Kateri Day Camp offers outdoor programs that include sports, swimming, creative arts, hiking, playing, crafting, and reading. Campers take part in daily swim lessons and have time for making friends as part of the camp day.

• Schedule: Seven-week summer day camp running June 22, 2026 through August 7, 2026, weekdays from 9:00 am–3:00 pm
Kateri Day Camp is a full day, seven-week summer camp serving children ages 5–13, with all 7 weeks of camp included in the program. The camp includes busing, breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, daily swim lessons, and all activities, with no surprise fees. The camp has a tradition called “The Respects,” which emphasizes respect for land, plants, animals, people, and self. For 50 years, Kateri Day Camp has provided campers a chance to grow in an environment that promotes belonging, dignity, and hope, with a belief in the inherent worth of the individual and respect for the environment.
The staff is described as talented, educated, and fun loving individuals who care deeply for campers, led by Camp Director Karen Stackhouse. Each summer, more than 175 campers from low income families between the ages of 5–13 attend for seven weeks of camp through an annual campership program. Kateri Day Camp is committed to bringing children to camp through a campership program for financial assistance and acceptance of child care funding. Many campers return each year to see familiar faces and reconnect.
