Henderson Flag Football League is a youth flag football league. It includes organized practices, league games, trained officials, quality uniforms, and a positive game-day environment.
Programs
- Henderson Flag Football League — Pee Wee: 5-6; Bandits: 7-8; Gremlins: 9-10; Juniors: 11-12; Seniors: 13-14 · Games are primarily played on Saturdays, with occasional weekday games depending on the season schedule, field availability, and division needs. Practices will begin in late August. Games are scheduled between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm on Saturdays.
- HFFL West — Will start in Fall 2026.
- HFFL Girls
- High School girls division — Will begin offering in the Fall of 2026.

About the provider
Henderson Flag Football League has served Henderson families for over 30 years. It is Henderson's longest-running youth flag football league and has been based at Heritage Park since 1996. Garrison Fries is the Commissioner, and Mary Beth Fries is the VP. It is an Official NFL FLAG program and a proud official member of NFL Flag.
