About
KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that offers weekly 45-minute classes in clean, modern centers. The program includes camps, science-based fitness games, and fun activities that promote balance, coordination, strength, and agility. Kids also take part in puzzles, games, and mental challenges during structured sessions.
• Ages: 0–11 years old
• Schedule: Each week, kids join a 45-minute class
KidStrong’s programming is specially designed by child development experts to improve kids’ emotional, mental, and physical skills and is guided by a group of experts, child development scientists, and coaches. The program follows a Whole Child Philosophy with three pillars: Strong Character, Strong Body, and Strong Mind, and is described as a parent-focused program. All coaches are certified and professional, and they are specially trained, compassionate leaders.
KidStrong was founded in 2015 by Matt and Megin Sharp in Lexington, Kentucky, and they partnered with Lincoln Brown to turn the idea into a scalable business. KidStrong has more than 160 locations serving more than 65,000 kids per week and operates with a proven business model that has generated success for franchisees in markets across the US and Canada. KidStrong Camps are described as a place where kids will gain lifelong friendships, learn new skills, build confidence, and create unforgettable memories.
Parents have shared that “It’s incredible. Our daughter goes once a week, and we’ve seen her confidence skyrocket. We are truly grateful for KidStrong!” (Summer, Mom, Rocklin, CA). Another parent said, “When my son first started attending KidStrong, he was super shy and anxious. It's so funny how much he's changed and how confident he has become. I recommend and downright BRAG about this program to my friends and family. I cannot say enough good things about it” (Jessica, Mom, Noblesville, Indiana). A third parent shared, “My child has speech delay and communication was difficult. When we first joined KidStrong, my child was behind but the environment motivated him. Now he’s putting effort into learning not just words but cooking, cleaning, you name it” (Ella, Mom, San Antonio, Texas).
