Syndicate MMA offers Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and MMA. Muay Thai classes are offered for all levels, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are listed with morning and evening sessions plus Open Mat on Saturdays. Wrestling classes meet on Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 PM.

- Muay Thai — Monday-Friday, morning 9:00 AM and evening 6:30 PM; 60 minutes · Classes for all levels. High intensity.
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — M-F, morning 10:00 AM and evening 6:00 PM; Open Mat Saturdays; 90 minutes · BJJ classes led by black belt Chris Brennan. High intensity.
- Wrestling — Monday & Wednesday, 7:30 PM · Wrestling classes with head coach Zach.
- MMA — Train with top tier coaches at Syndicate MMA.

Syndicate MMA says its ethos is rooted in the meaning of "syndicate" as a collective force working toward a common goal, with core values of unity, collaboration, strength, and victory. John Wood is the founder and head coach, Chris Brennan is a BJJ black belt and head coach, Tyler Brennan and Lucas Brennan are BJJ black belts, and Zach is the head coach of wrestling. The gym describes a supportive community and team-focused environment.
Family members signing up together get a 10% discount. There are 3 beginner Muay Thai classes per week. BJJ classes include all levels working together. Trials are offered 4 times a year for the amateur team, and a week trial for the pro team if you have experience.
