Thompson Taekwondo & Hapkido offers Tiny Tigers for ages 3-6, Youth & Teens for ages 7-17, Adult Classes, an Anti-Bullying Program, Self Defense Classes, Women’s Kickboxing, and a Martial Arts After-School Program. Tiny Tigers builds focus, listening skills, confidence, discipline, coordination, and respect through fun, structured movement. Youth & Teens develops strong character, self-defense skills, leadership, perseverance, accountability, confidence, and resilience.

About the provider
The school has been a cornerstone of the martial arts community since 1988, and Master Thompson first opened his dojang in 1988. Master Thompson is a 7th Dan black belt in Moodukkwan Taekwondo and Hapkido. He participated in over 50 championships, earned a gold medal, and was a member of the national Taekwondo team during the late 1980s and 1990s. The school’s mission is to help students of all ages and skill levels achieve their personal best, with a focus on discipline, respect, self-confidence, character, confidence, focus, and strength.
Classes are described as safe, supportive, challenging, disciplined, and family-friendly. The school offers a free lesson and asks visitors to contact them by phone, email, or visit during class hours.
