Vegas Volley offers girls club volleyball, boys club volleyball, private and semi-private lessons, camps, clinics, skills clinics, plyometric (jump) training, and open gym sessions. The program uses state-of-the-art training and psychology-backed training techniques, including Coach Adam's 3-phase system focused on kinesthetic awareness, biomechanical development, and habit formation.
