Vegas Volley offers girls club volleyball, boys club volleyball, private and semi-private lessons, camps, clinics, skills clinics, plyometric (jump) training, and open gym sessions. The program uses state-of-the-art training and psychology-backed training techniques, including Coach Adam's 3-phase system focused on kinesthetic awareness, biomechanical development, and habit formation. Vegas Volley describes itself as a player-centric organization that focuses on the true growth and development of athletes, including the social aspects of the game.

The leadership team includes Coach Adam (Founder, Club Director, Head Coach), Coach Blake (Team Head Coach), Coach Walter (Team Head Coach), and Coach Paul (Recruiting Coordinator), along with coaches Archie, Ed, Brie, Mar, and Serenti. Vegas Volley states that leadership decisions are driven by the question, “How will this benefit our athletes?” and that it offers distinguished volleyball training in Las Vegas for all ages and skill levels, describing itself as the best destination for club volleyball in Las Vegas and Henderson and offering the top volleyball training in Las Vegas.

In collaboration with The Optimum Performance Program in Sports (TOPPS) developed at UNLV, athletes are taught performance mentality skills such as mental resiliency, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution. The program notes a holistic approach that includes psychology-backed training using positive feedback systems and emphasizes holistic growth including mental resiliency, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution.
