About the provider
A.V.A. Ballet Theatre is committed to being northern Nevada’s premiere ballet company and to highlighting principal dancers from around the United States, as well as local and regional dancers and performers. Its leadership includes Alexander Van-Alstyne, Artistic Director; Miriam Allen, Co-Director; and Eve Allen Garza, Ballet Mistress. The company is the resident ballet company of the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts, and its official school is The Conservatory of Movement.
