Northern Nevada Juniors Volleyball Club offers camps, clinics, club volleyball, prep camps, a Middle School Academy, Spring Break Camp, and tryouts. Players take part in position specific reps, offensive and defensive systems work, and 6 v 6 competitive play, including 6v6 play in the Middle School Academy.

Northern Nevada Juniors Volleyball Club is dedicated to the promotion and development of girls' volleyball in Reno and the surrounding areas of Northern Nevada. The program uses volleyball as a vehicle to improve each of its student athletes as both players and people, point by point. It promotes discipline, commitment and teamwork and encourages competitive, confident attitudes while maintaining high levels of sportsmanship. Northern Nevada Juniors works to make sure the discipline players learn on the court is also transferred into the classroom. Its primary goal is to provide the best skills and experience in order to help its student athletes reach their highest potential. Point by point, Northern Nevada Juniors helps develop the total person, one who upholds standards of integrity and respect with strong character and self-esteem. The program strives to help each athlete reach her personal goals, whether it is to play at the collegiate level, make the Varsity team in high school, or learn cooperative life skills for success off the court.
Northern Nevada Juniors Volleyball Club offers a progression of programs to see players through the club experience until they head to college. It offers camps and clinics for young players as young as 3. The Middle School Academy is open to 5th–8th grade boys and girls and focuses on fundamentals, skill work, offensive and defensive systems, and 6v6 play. Prep camps are available for high school aged players heading into club and high school tryouts. Class of 2024 athletes continuing their volleyball careers at the next level are recognized by name and position.
Northern Nevada Juniors Volleyball Club is based in the Reno/Sparks/Tahoe area and is a member of and participates in events sanctioned by the Northern California Volleyball Association, a region of USA Volleyball. It lists Coach Byrne, Coach Katy, and 18 Jason in its leadership and coaching designations, and notes that after 11 years with Northern Nevada Juniors, Coach Byrne has decided to step away from coaching. The 18 Jason team is scheduled to attend the 2024 Girls Junior National Championships from April 26–28.
