Camp Purple Door is open to children ages 3 years old through 5th grade. Children over age six go on a field trip every day and are not in classes with preschoolers. The camp starts the second week of June and runs for eight weeks, with each day from 8:45am to 3:00pm; early drop-off at 7:00am and late pickup until 6:00pm are available for an additional fee.

About the provider
Purple Door opened in Wingfield in 2015, Midtown in 2022, and D'Andrea in 2023. Purple Door says it is a true play-based preschool for potty trained students 33 months through five years old, and its mission statement says meaningful play encourages curiosity, discovery, and problem solving and allows individual growth and development of a positive self-image in the child.
A $25 deposit is required for each week of camp. Remaining balance for camps in June is charged on June 1st and camps in July on July 1st. There is a $40 per camp charge for any camp change or cancellation, and no refunds on camps canceled less than 10 days prior to that camp.
