Albany Ninja Lab offers birthday parties, ninja camps, classes, open gym, theme nights, kids classes, personalized coaching, team training, school-break camps, and the Tiny-Ninja program. Participants can also take part in local, regional, and national competitions. The facility includes ninja obstacles such as warped walls, salmon ladders, quintuple steps, and an elite parkour area, with obstacles for all ages in a family-friendly environment.
