YMCA of Long Island Youth Programs include activities such as Summer Day Camp with adventure, aquatics, creative arts, camp traditions, special activities and trips, and summer learning. The programs also offer events and services like Tween Takeover, a 5K Series, a Have a Heart for Your Health Challenge, and personal training session packages. YMCA Family Services, a branch of the YMCA of Long Island, provides group counseling, individual counseling, crisis intervention services, drug screenings, family therapy, women-only group counseling sessions, a DWI Track for first offenders, positive alternative activities, stress management programs, anger management programs, a community education program, and a Speaker’s Bureau.

YMCA of Long Island notes a February personal training offer that ends February 28, 2026, and a monthly payment plan for camp through May 2026. The organization highlights a YMCA 175th Anniversary celebration. The YMCA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.

YMCA of Long Island Youth Programs also feature a YMCA 360 x Les Mills collaboration that provides access to select Les Mills workouts through YMCA360, and a YMCA Daxko Mobile App to stay connected with the YMCA of Long Island. YMCA Family Services is described as the social services and mental health arm of the YMCA of Long Island and provides comprehensive prevention and treatment counseling services that promote the emotional wellness of individuals, families, and the community at large. Thanks to the generosity of members, volunteers, and donors, the YMCA of Long Island provides a safe, nurturing space for kids to learn and grow during out-of-school time and outreach to seniors who may be feeling isolated. The diverse staff includes licensed social workers, licensed mental health counselors, credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselors, a psychiatrist, a physician’s assistant, and other trained advocates.
