Lil Tots Sports Studio offers activities in basketball, football, soccer, hockey, lacrosse, baseball, and t-ball. The program includes open play sessions, sport specific classes, a Multi-Sport Class, and age-based classes. Families can also reserve the space for birthday party reservations.

Lil Tots Sports Studio includes the Lil Movers program, as well as separate 2's & 3's, 3's & 4's, and 5's & 6's programs. It is described as an early childhood indoor play place and a state-of-the-art facility specifically designed for kids from walking age through 2nd grade. The program focuses on introducing children to the fundamentals of multiple sports and offers open play opportunities for unstructured playtime.
