Elmira Gymnastics Club offers gymnastics programs, Warrior Training classes, dance programs, preschool movement programs, and teenage dance classes. The program also offers EGC Summer Fun!, School Break Camps, Kids Night Out, field trips, and private lessons in gymnastics, tumbling, dance, and warrior. Families also have access to cardio equipment, circuit training, aerobics classes, and free weights through the connected fitness offerings.

Elmira Gymnastics Club has a developmental program of gymnastics for boys and girls starting at 8 months of age, with a curriculum that includes instruction in all Men's and Women's Olympic events. Teacher-pupil ratios do not exceed 1 to 8, classes are small, and equipment is plentiful. Objective measures are used to assess each gymnast's progress and to divide them into classes by ability. The club reports that over 500 children currently participate in different levels of classes, and more than 40 young gymnasts are training in the USAIGC competitive team program. The Parent Portal allows parents to register for classes and camps and make payments. Elmira Gymnastics Club & Fitness Center shares a 35,000 square foot facility with the Elmira Fitness Center, which is located adjacent to the Elmira Gymnastics Club, and the Elmira Fitness Center is described as an excellent place to watch gymnastics instruction while developing personal health.
Dave Sherman created Elmira Gymnastics Club in 1981, and the club reports over 30 years of service in the Elmira, New York area in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State. The current Owner/Director is Laura Monichetti. The mission statement of Elmira Gymnastics Club states that it guarantees a quality program of gymnastics built upon the principle that every individual's progress is important and that, regardless of age or level of ability, great care is taken to assure that optimum learning conditions prevail.
Elmira Gymnastics Club competitive team members have captured 70 individual and 23 team New York State Championship titles, and team gymnasts have won 57 New York State individual titles and numerous State and Regional Event Championships. EGC Teams have captured 22 New York State Team Championships. The Elmira Gymnastics Club Team performs exhibitions for groups and organizations.
