ADAPT Community Network School-age Programs

ADAPT Community Network School-age Programs serves children ages three to five with physical and/or developmental disabilities, and children and adolescents ages five to 21 with severe physical disabilities and unique educational, therapeutic, and medical needs. The program is a non-public school program, and eligibility is determined by the New York City Department of Education.
