About
Brooklyn Mixed Martial Arts Kids Program introduces children to martial arts through structured classes that draw from kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and self-defense. The program is part of a broader academy that also offers fitness classes, women’s kickboxing, kickboxing, and Adult MMA, and it uses a curriculum that focuses on discipline, confidence, and physical fitness. Experienced instructors lead the kids’ classes and tailor them to different age groups and skill levels, and children are asked to wear comfortable workout clothes while all needed equipment is provided.
