Prospect Gymnastics offers kids gymnastics classes, parkour, tumbling and cheer, cheerleading, toddler playtime, team gymnastics, camp, birthday parties, and drop-in classes. The program includes a Competitive Xcel team, a Recreational team, a Cheer team, and a Pre-team, and team members take part in competitions, mock meets, and performances. Classes use step-by-step drills that focus on muscle memory so children can physically recognize and remember skills.

Prospect Gymnastics began in the winter of 2014 with coach Mina. The staff are described as well-trained, and classes are described as small. The facility is described as clean, and scholarships are available for classes.
The program’s motto is “Build Skills. Gain Confidence. Have Fun.” and it states that every time they raise an individual child up, they are building a stronger, more connected community. Prospect Gymnastics describes itself as a collaborative community that does its best to serve its neighborhood and promote healthy minds and bodies.
Prospect Gymnastics hosts a Mini Olympics event during the last class of the spring session, where gymnasts showcase routines on all four events and receive a special award. One parent described a seventh birthday party at Prospect Gymnastics as “a blast,” with kids challenging themselves and getting exercise, and said the event felt “stress free.” Another parent shared that her son gained physical confidence, tumbling and balancing with more grace, and that his listening skills improved. A third parent said her shy daughter was never forced to do anything she was not comfortable with, and that over time her daughter grew to love gymnastics and noticed new things her body was capable of.
