STREB School Break & Summer Camps takes place at the STREB Lab for Action Mechanics (SLAM), which has state-of-the-art equipment and is described as a one-of-a-kind space built for movement. The program uses STREB’s signature PopAction technique, which combines elements of dance, athletics, boxing, rodeo, circus, and Hollywood stuntwork, and follows a personal best philosophy that is adaptable for different body types, ages, and skill levels. In the full-day summer camp, campers collaborate to create and perform their own Action Show each week, and summer camp weeks operate independently so families can choose any combination of weeks.

Expert instructors, including STREB’s Action Hero team, lead the activities, and these instructors have varied backgrounds and are focused on safety and on ensuring students have a great experience. The leadership team includes Founder and Co-Artistic Director/Choreographer Elizabeth Streb, Co-Artistic Director Cassandre Joseph, Executive Director Ellen F. Salpeter, Company Manager Summer Stanley, Technical Director Matt McAdon, Finance Manager Henry Liles, Director of Business Development and Industry Partnerships Bobby Hedglin-Taylor, Director of Programming Mary Schindler, Communications Manager Fiona Schlegel, Rig Manager Aidan Transtrum, and Administrative Assistant Gabriela Cirilo.
