Gold Medal Gymnastics & Ninja Camps and Classes offers gymnastics, ninja, tumbling, trampoline, and Dancenastics, along with arts and crafts. The program includes Preschool, Recreational, Advanced, and Team programs, as well as Summer Camp, School’s Out Camp, February Winter Break Camp, and special events such as Birthday Parties, an Annual Family Expo, Olympic Gymnasts Visits, Bring a Friend Week, Drop & Shop 11/24/23, and Spooktacular & Trunk or Treat. Additional options include Private Play Dates, a Special Needs Class, and themed weekly gymnastics and ninja camps that feature Cold Treat Tuesdays and Pizza Wednesdays.

Gold Medal Gymnastics Centers have been Long Island's leading gymnastics center since 1973. The facilities are fully air-conditioned, air purified, and cleaned and sterilized daily, and they offer a First Class Guarantee. Program names for younger children include Bronze Babies, Silver Stars, Intro to Rec, Little Explorers, Busy Bee’s, Super Silvers (advanced pre-school program), and Gold Medalists (advanced pre-school program), with additional options such as an Accelerated Class (advanced program) and Mini Team & Pre Team. Campers bring in a snack, and ages 3–12 years must be potty trained for camp.
Parents choose the camps year after year because of caring, qualified instructors. One parent described the professionalism, courtesy, awareness, and care of the staff at a party and noted that safety was obviously the main focus, while another shared that their children are having a wonderful time.
