CNY Gym Centre

CNY Gym Centre offers gymnastics classes, ninja classes, Ninja Warrior Training, and Adult Gymnastics, along with options like Home School Gym and Intermediate/Advanced Classes. The program also runs a competitive gymnastics team for levels 2–10 and Xcel, and offers tumbling and back handspring clinics. Families can also book Funtastic birthday parties and take part in school vacation camps, summer camps, special events, teams, and competitions.

• Schedule: Office hours at the Dewitt location include main hours Monday–Friday 3:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m., plus additional morning hours on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday

CNY Gym Centre offers Baby Gym for ages 6–18 months, Parent & Tot for ages 16 months–3 years, Kinder Kids for ages 3–5 years, Pre beginner classes for ages 5–6 years, Beginners’ classes for ages 6 years and up, and Ninja classes for ages 5 years and up. The program uses month-to-month tuition. Ninja Warrior Training is offered only at the ShoppingTown location. The program states that a safe gymnastics environment is its priority. Team coaches are trained and accredited, have background checks, and receive ongoing training for certification, and staff includes knowledgeable ex-gymnasts. CNY Gym Centre has been voted Best Gymnastics Program in Syracuse and Central NY.
