YMCA Camp Gorham

YMCA Camp Gorham brings children of all backgrounds together to unplug from technology and reconnect with what matters. In a safe, structured environment, campers challenge their limits, build resilience, and develop the confidence to be exactly who they are. Camp Gorham lets children grow and explore, develop skills and independence surrounded by a community of friends, and fosters growth through five core pillars: Independence, Belonging, Achievement, Friendship and Wonder. Camp Gorham is also an ideal location for family breaks, outdoor clubs, reunions, group retreats, or people looking to get away, and it welcomes families and women to enjoy its vast private property and lake as a way to unplug and reconnect with themselves and each other.

YMCA Camp Gorham has a history of serving the men and women who serve the country and their families. The YMCA of Greater Rochester Association is part of the Armed Services YMCA Movement, providing memberships for Active Duty Military Members, and YMCA Camp Gorham is one of 17 sites in the nation to host Camp Corral, a free summer camp for children of wounded, disabled, or fallen military service members. The Camp Gorham Alumni Association is dedicated to preserving old friendships, creating new friendships, keeping people connected to Gorham, and working to safeguard the history and the facility of Gorham.
