Camp Blue Bay Sleepaway Camp offers activities such as swimming, boating, archery, sports, fishing, Gaga, and using a Low Ropes Course. Campers also take part in arts & crafts, crafts, nature activities, campfires, songs, games, cooking, cookouts, and building sandcastles.

• Schedule: One- or two-week sessions for campers entering grades 3–5, 6–8, and 9–11 in September 2026, plus 4- or 5-day mini sessions for campers entering grades 1–6
Camp programs at Camp Blue Bay Sleepaway Camp follow a daily schedule that includes wake-up at 7:30am, meals in the Dining Hall, several activity periods during the day, a Flag Ceremony, and an evening activity. Camp Blue Bay Sleepaway Camp is an American Camp Association accredited camp. Camp Blue Bay has full-time GSNC staff on-site who supervise an enthusiastic staff that are carefully screened and chosen for their ability to work with children, with a minimum of 8 campers to one adult. Both Girl Scouts and non-Girl Scouts can sign up as individual campers or attend with a friend, and campers can choose between Troop House Camping and Outdoor Tent Camping.
In specific themed sessions, Brownies and Juniors earn their Outdoor Art badge in the Outdoor Artists session, and by the end of the Adventurers session campers will have earned their Brownie Adventure badge or Junior Camper badge. Girl Scout Cadettes earn their Woodworking badge in the It’s Hammer Time session. GSNC, in partnership with National Grid, is hosting a science fair called “SCIENCE FAIR: Solutions for a Better World, Girls Building a Brighter Future” to showcase girls in STEM.
