Trigon Academy Of Martial Arts offers kids martial arts, adult martial arts, fitness kickboxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Goshin (self-defense) Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Filipino Kali. Classes take place at the Trigon Academy Of Martial Arts studio and use a variety of martial arts curriculums with age- and skill-appropriate classes. Fitness Kickboxing training sessions and BJJ classes are led by a certified instructor. The program focuses on leadership, confidence, self-discipline, self-defense skills, increasing health and fitness level, reducing stress, teaching conflict resolution and patience, reducing weight and body fat, and developing a deeper sense of confidence. The studio is described as having a family environment.
One parent, Tricia W, shared that her somewhat nervous kids started at ages 5 and 7 and look forward to each class, and she described the staff and instructors as kind and sincere. Another parent, Debbie, said her three kids trained at Trigon for many years and that the teachers were wonderful role models, and she also enjoys the kickboxing workouts. Sherry V said her two boys love going, are eager to share what they learn, and that the staff are friendly, skilled, patient with kids, and seem to love what they do. Elizabeth G said her son trained there for over 10 years, that she trained as well, and that the best part for her is the family environment at the studio. Larry J said his daughter has been going for almost two years, has made lots of friends, and that he and his wife have done kickboxing there and thoroughly enjoyed it.
