Rye Racquet Club Junior Programs and Summer Camp

Rye Racquet Club Junior Programs and Summer Camp offers 12 & Under Tennis Programs with red, orange, and green ball classes. It also offers the Junior Development Program, the Johnny Gularte Development Program for competitive junior tennis players, the Summer Program, Special Holiday Camps, Junior Team Tennis teams, MITL Teams, 8 & Under Red Ball Camp, and 8 and up Half Day Camp.

Programs

• 12 & Under Tennis Programs (Red, Orange and Green Ball) — 12 & under · Classes for red, orange and green ball programs; new students are evaluated for appropriate placement.
• Junior Development Program — Ages 12 and up · Beginner specific through High School Varsity/Junior Varsity Training and High Performance Training; new students must be evaluated for appropriate placement.
• Johnny Gularte Development Program — High-performance program for competitive junior tennis players.
• Summer Program — Popular summer program for juniors; choose your weeks of summer tennis instruction and fun.
• Special Holiday Camps
• Junior Team Tennis (JTT) — 10 & under, 12 & under, 14 & under, 18 & under · USTA run league that runs from fall through spring.
• MITL Teams — 9 & under, 11 & under, 13 & under, 16 & under · Metropolitan Interclub Tennis League; a summer program for juniors.
• 8 & Under Red Ball Camp — 8 & under
• 8 and up Half Day Camp — 8 and up

About the provider

The club has been operating since 1961. It says it provides top-notch tennis instruction to juniors and adults, and its goal is to get every player in position to take their game to the next level through the variety of programs offered. Its full-time professional staff has experienced success for USTA and MITL teams, and it launched the junior program, Rye Tennis Academy, in 1973.

Open to the public with no membership fees. Reservations are available one week in advance. Times are subject to change.
