The Hudson Department of Youth offers afterschool programming and a Youth Center, Oakdale Summer camp, a Bike Coop, and community events and trips. Afterschool programming serves ages 5 to 19, and Oakdale Summer camp is traditionally for ages 5 to 12 and also includes pre-teens and teens.

- Oakdale Summer camp — Traditionally 5yrs-12yrs; also includes pre-teens and teens · Runs for 6 weeks in July and August; summer programming while school is not in session
- Bike Coop
