Camp W Day Camp is a traditional day camp that includes seven daily activities, with swimming listed as one of those activities. Each group is organized by grade level and has an average of fifteen campers per group, and campers in 2nd grade and up choose their afternoon activities.

• Schedule: Regular camp hours run from 8:30 am to 3:15 pm, with Week 9 running from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm; campers can attend for 2–9 weeks.
Camp W “Where Friendships Are Made” is described as a traditional day camp for children in Pre-K through 9th grade. The camp day includes seven daily activities, a daily hot lunch program, and access to seventeen air-conditioned rooms. Week 8 and Week 9 are designated as Trip Weeks for the entire camp. Campers in 7th grade go on trips every Monday and Friday for the first six weeks of camp, and Senior Campers go on trips Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for the first six weeks of camp. Late Care begins at 3:30 pm and ends at 5:30 pm. Transportation is provided to nearby towns, and Own Driving and Sibling Discounts are offered. Camp W is accredited with the American Camping Association. Camp W serves children from Nassau and Suffolk County, including Melville, Dix Hills, East Northport, Commack, Greenlawn, Huntington, Plainview, Syosset, Old Bethpage, Bethpage, Farmingdale, and South Huntington.
